Training-Progress’ pricing is simplicity itself. After the initial set-up charges (which will depend upon the size of the organisation and the level of customisation), your organisation simply pays a monthly fee for the number of users registered onto your system. If someone leaves your team they can be deactivated – so would no longer be able to log into the system. Their activity and training-data can be stored (a lower archival rate is applicable), for as long as you wish. This can be useful should someone be expected to return to work (after pregnancy for example), or in cases of potential employment disputes. Alternatively a leaver’s record can be shredded (non-retrievably) with no further charges. No long term contracts. If we don’t deliver a system that provides rewards and mitigates risks, then you can quit anytime.
