Whilst we have used the terms “Job Role”, “Work Area” and “Element” – these terms can be changed for an individual business or organisation. For example some educational establishments may use the terms “Student Course”, “Modules” and “Units”, whilst others may use “Class”, “Subject” and “Units”. This flexibility allows you to tailor the system to fit the terminology that you already use and that your team is familiar with.

Your Training-Progress management system is contained within your own dedicated site within our hub. Your company logo, address, contact details, etc. are displayed on your site. Once your team members log-in they are within your environment which contains your own business news pages and your own “hot-links” to information that is frequently accessed. It is also possible to upgrade to having your own dedicated hub, using your colour scheme throughout.
