The Concept of Training Progress

Training-Progress was born out of trying to find solutions to the frustrations of ordinary practice life. Training-Progress creates an easily followed framework around which your training can be organised. It allows you to decide which job roles need to know what and then helps you to ensure that the training is delivered. Importantly the structure is designed to encourage more junior team members (when approved) to deliver the training to their colleagues – helping to relieve you of the burden. More
